LODGING INFORMATION
Zoom Into June is a 'Stay to Play' eventTriple Crown has an official lodging online platform that teams are required to use for booking lodging. This convenient software automates and simplifies booking and reporting your rooms. When a team is paid and registered the coach will be emailed a custom team booking link. Teams that register early have first access to book lodging with our approved hotel partners. Many hotels or rooms types sell out fast. This system will allow you to request more rooms at some hotels but this is NOT a guarantee. We are always working to add hotels and more rooms so please check the feed regularly. EVENT DETAILS
This regional powerhouse event has grown in popularity and become the essential early-season showcase moment where club programs and college coaches can get together. The in-game competition is impressive as well; sharpen your skills and make those essential connections to the college world at Zoom Into June!
Game Times Available: At least one week prior to the event. Diamond Division: This division is for 18U teams with players who fit JUCO, NAIA, NCAA D-II or D-III programs and who need assistance in getting college coaches to their backstop. It's an opportunity to have Triple Crown provide college coaches to the Diamond Division facility. 16u teams are welcome to participate as well in the 18u Diamond Division. In 2024, we had over 60 college coaches at the facility throughout the entire event. In 2025, we intend to keep this showcase well-attended by top teams and college coaches, as well as provide teams and players multiple platforms to showcase in front of numerous college coaches. OnDeck will also have their June Jamboree camp at Zoom Into June. Please visit the OnDeck website (ondecksoftball.net) for details. This camp is the second-most difficult to secure an invite, so please be patient with the invitation process. Field Locations for Each Age Division: Diamond Division: Diamond Valley Open Divisions: TBD - Reach out to Kaitlin Flynn *To get field addresses, click facilities and directions from the drop down menu above. *Most of the facilities will host multiple age divisions, instead of just one. This will be beneficial for recruiting and for organizations who have teams in multiple age groups. **We highly encourage securing your lodging quickly after paying the entry fee! Hotels will fill up quickly and will NOT have availability if you wait to secure rooms. Lodging Recommendations by age division: - Teams should be prepared to drive a minimum of 45-60 minutes to get to their fields. - If there is a hotel NOT on our list that you want to stay at, please send the hotel name and address to Kriss Simpson ([email protected]) Price Information - Conditions of Acceptance - Teams must comply with our `Stay to Play` lodging policy and book a minimum of 18 room nights at an approved property with their personalized lodging link through Event Connect or pay the lodging surcharge by April 15, 2025. - Teams must complete their roster online at www.triplecrownsports.com by June 1, 2025. All players must have a parent signature; all teams must have current team insurance or risk being left off the schedule. REFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 90 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 91 prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund. FAQ
