FORMAT
- 1 game only
- 12-13 players per roster
- Pitchers and Catchers guaranteed 2 innings
- All other position players are guaranteed 3 innings
- 6 inning games
- College coaches have been hired to work these games

*Please note: There are no team games on Friday so there will be no conflict with Showcase games.

Each player is required to provide her own team uniform, glove, catcher's gear, bats, water bottles, etc.
REFUND POLICY
NO refunds after May 15, 2025
If an individual cancels before 15 business days prior to the event a 20% admin fee will be assessed.
If an event does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
